If you are traveling by car from Kotor, head east on the E65 road towards Tivat. After approximately 5 km, take the exit for the Risan road (local road 1). Continue on this road for about 7 km until you reach the junction at Špiljari. Turn left onto P1 road and keep driving for about 1 km. Look for parking areas near the viewpoint. Be aware that there might be a small parking fee, typically around 2-3 EUR per hour.

To reach Viewpoint Kotor via public transportation from Kotor, take a bus from the Kotor Bus Station towards Risan. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. After arriving at Risan, you will need to walk approximately 2 km to reach Špiljari. Follow the signs towards Špiljari, and when you arrive in the area, head towards P1 road. The viewpoint is along this road. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary, especially during off-peak seasons.
