If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Kotor. Head northeast on the main road (E65) towards Tivat. After approximately 10 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit to continue on E65. Follow the signs for Tivat. After around 5 km, you will see signs for Panorama Tivat Bay. Turn left at the sign and follow the road leading uphill until you reach the observation deck at 24 P1, Skaljari.

For public transportation, take a bus from Kotor to Tivat. Buses depart frequently from Kotor's main bus station. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tivat, you can take a taxi or a local bus towards Skaljari. Inform the driver that you want to go to Panorama Tivat Bay. After reaching Skaljari, walk uphill for about 10 minutes to reach the observation deck located at 24 P1.
