From the main square in Ulcinj (Sheshi i Demokracisë), head northwest towards the old town. Follow the signs leading to the Ulcinj Castle. Once you reach the castle, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea. From the castle, walk down the hill towards the coast until you reach the beach promenade. Continue along the promenade, passing by various cafes and shops. After approximately 15 minutes of walking along the promenade, you will reach the bus station. This is where you can catch a local bus heading to Shkodër, Albania. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as it may vary. The bus ride to Shkodër will take around 1 hour. Once in Shkodër, you can take a short taxi ride or follow the directions to Rruga e Tabakëve 1, where Xhamia e Plumbit is located. It's a well-known mosque in the area, so locals can help guide you if needed.

From any location in Ulcinj, make your way to the local bus station. Look for a bus heading towards Shkodër, Albania. Buses run frequently, so you won’t have to wait long. The journey to Shkodër takes about 1 hour. Upon arriving in Shkodër, you’ll want to disembark at the main bus station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Xhamia e Plumbit, located at Rruga e Tabakëve 1. If walking, head east on Rruga e Tabakëve until you reach the mosque. It should be easily visible as it is a notable landmark in the area.
