A genuine taste of Morocco's food and culture
my first tour on my first visit to Morocco. A fantastic introduction to the old Medina in Casablanca, as well as the nearby market and dining stalls in the central city area. My guide took me places I would never have ventured on my own and introduce me to the people who live and earn a livelihood related to cooking inside the old city walls. It turned out that I was the only participant on this particular tour, so I was very pleased that the operator did not cancel. I learned much about the Moroccan food in this very cosmopolitan city, and also gained insights to its people and culture from the knowledge of my guide. Highly recommend.
