A must do for Casablanca
Wissal was such a great teacher and we loved the whole experience with cooking with her. From the initial booking she provided clear directions to her home through to what we wanted to cook and with her explanations and conversation on her life, it was all so interesting and fascinating. The class took place in her beautiful home and she also had a gorgeous selection of traditional clothes for us to try on. We made lamb tagine and cous cous along with 2 salads which was delicious. She was also great in engaging with our daughter who really enjoyed the class. This class is a great idea as an activity when in Casablanca and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
