From Chefchaouen, head southeast on Avenue Hassan II towards Rue de la Kasbah. Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rte d'Akchour. Turn left onto Rte d'Akchour and drive for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass through the town of Talambote. Look for signs indicating 'Akchour' as you approach the area. There is a parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your car, and parking is typically free.

Public Transportation
From Chefchaouen, take a shared taxi from the main taxi station (Gare Routière) towards Akchour. The fare is usually around 20 MAD per person. The shared taxi will drop you off at a point near the entrance to the Akchour trail. From there, you'll need to walk about 15-20 minutes along a dirt path leading to the waterfalls. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Akchour Waterfalls' if you're unsure.

Once you arrive at the trailhead, follow the well-marked path towards the Akchour Dam waterfalls. The hike is relatively easy and takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace.
