Starting from the iconic Bou Inania Madrasa, head south on Rue Talaa Kebira. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Talaa Seghira. Turn left onto Rue Talaa Seghira and walk for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with Rue Bou Ksissat. Turn right onto Rue Bou Ksissat and walk straight for about 150 meters. Bab el-Makhzen will be on your right.

If you are near the Royal Palace (Dar el-Makhzen), exit the palace grounds and walk towards Rue Bou Ksissat. Head north on Rue Bou Ksissat for about 200 meters. Bab el-Makhzen will be on your left, just before the intersection with Rue de la Kasbah.
