From Moulouya, head southwest on the main road towards Fès. Follow the signs for Fès and continue for approximately 90 kilometers. Once you reach the outskirts of Fès, take the exit towards Av. des Mérinides. Continue on Av. des Mérinides for about 5 kilometers. Shpigel Lookout will be on your right at the coordinates 34.0681921, -4.9834172. There is a small parking area nearby.
Public Transportation
From Moulouya, take a bus to Fès. The journey will take approximately 2 hours, and the fare is around 30-50 MAD. Once you arrive at the Fès bus station, take a taxi or a local bus heading towards Av. des Mérinides. Inform the driver that you want to go to Shpigel Lookout. The taxi ride will cost about 20-30 MAD and take around 15 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver as they may not be familiar with the name 'Shpigel Lookout'.
Walking
If you're staying nearby and prefer walking, from the nearest bus stop on Av. des Mérinides, you can walk to Shpigel Lookout. Head down Av. des Mérinides for about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the lookout on your right. The walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
