If you are traveling by car, you can follow the directions from Chefchaouen. Start by heading southwest on Avenue Hassan II towards Rue Al Qur'an. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 2 (N2). Take a right onto N2 and follow it for about 15 km. Look for signs for Akchour, and take the exit for Akchour. Once on this road, you will drive for approximately 8 km until you reach the parking area at the entrance to the Grande Cascade D'akchour. Be aware that the last few kilometers are on a dirt road, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Parking may incur a small fee, usually around 10 MAD.
Public Transportation
To reach Grande Cascade D'akchour using public transportation, you can take a bus from Chefchaouen to the village of Akchour. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Chefchaouen, and the fare is typically around 15 MAD. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Akchour, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to the waterfall. Follow the signs towards the cascade, and enjoy the scenic hike through the lush surroundings. Ensure that you have comfortable walking shoes as the path can be uneven.
Taxi

The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes and drop you off at the entrance to the cascade.
