Walking
From the center of Tetouan, head towards Avenue Mohammed V. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rue des Martyrs. Turn left onto Rue des Martyrs and continue walking until you reach the Plaza de la Kasbah. From there, take the bus to Tangier (Bus Terminal is near the Kasbah). Once in Tangier, head towards the Grand Socco, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. You can easily find your way by following the signs or asking locals for directions.
Bus
From Tetouan, go to the main bus station (Gare Routière). Purchase a ticket for Tangier. The bus ride takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Tangier bus station, exit the station and head towards Avenue Mohammed VI. Walk straight until you reach the Grand Socco, which is a major square in Tangier. It’s a vibrant area, and you’ll see the landmark easily.
Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a shared taxi (known as 'grand taxi') from Tetouan to Tangier. These taxis leave from designated taxi stands and can be shared with other passengers to lower costs. Once you arrive in Tangier, you can take a local taxi or walk to the Grand Socco, which is about a 10-minute ride or a 20-minute walk from the taxi drop-off point.
