Turn left onto Old Bagan Road and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will notice the temples and pagodas along the way. Keep walking straight until you see the iconic Ananda Temple on your right; Old Bagan is just beyond this landmark.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in New Bagan. Cycle south on New Bagan Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Old Bagan Road. Turn left onto Old Bagan Road and continue cycling for about 500 meters. Follow the signs to various temples, and you will arrive at the heart of Old Bagan, where you can explore the area at your leisure. Rental costs typically range from 1,000 to 2,000 kyats per day.
