Getting There

From the center of New Bagan, head south on the main road towards Old Bagan. Walk approximately 1.5 kilometers, which should take around 20-25 minutes. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way, allowing you to enjoy the local atmosphere. Continue straight until you reach the junction where the road intersects with the Old Bagan area. Turn left at the junction.

Keep walking straight and look for signs pointing towards Tharabar Gate (သရပါတံခါး). This gate is located near the city wall and is easily recognizable.
