After approximately 80 km, turn onto the Mai-hsa-se Road at a junction near the town of Hsipaw. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the coordinates WJQ4+X36, which is the location of Kung Lum. To reach Kung Lum via public transportation, board a bus from Mandalay to Hsipaw at the Mandalay bus station. The bus ride will take around 4-5 hours and cost approximately 5,000 to 8,000 MMK. Once you arrive in Hsipaw, take a shared taxi or motorbike taxi to Mai-hsa-se, which should cost around 2,000 to 3,000 MMK. From Mai-hsa-se, you can walk or hire a local guide to take you the remaining distance to the coordinates WJQ4+X36.
