    If you are starting from the Mandalay Palace, exit the palace grounds and head east on 26th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 83rd Street. Turn left onto 83rd Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Mandalay Hill Road. Turn right onto Mandalay Hill Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you see the signs for Sandamuni Pagoda on your left. The pagoda is located on Mandalay Hill Street, and you will see the entrance once you approach.

  • Public Transportation - Trishaw

    From the central city area, you can hire a trishaw (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi). Ask the driver to take you to Sandamuni Pagoda, and he will likely know the location. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which usually ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 Kyat.

  • Walking from Zegyo Market

    If you are at Zegyo Market, exit the market and head north on 26th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 83rd Street. Turn left onto 83rd Street and walk straight until you come to Mandalay Hill Road. Turn right and continue for about 1.5 km. You will see signs for Sandamuni Pagoda on your left. The entrance to the pagoda will be clearly marked.
