Continue for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Nyaungshwe. From Nyaungshwe, follow the signs towards Inle Lake. The Ananda Temple is located near the town of Nyaungshwe, specifically in the village of Mingalar. Make sure to use a GPS or a reliable map for precise navigation, as the area can have limited signage. Parking is available near the temple, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.

To reach Ananda Temple using public transportation, start from Kalaw or Nyaungshwe. Take a local bus or shared taxi from Kalaw to Nyaungshwe. The bus journey takes about 1-1.5 hours and costs roughly 3,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyat).
