If you are in downtown Yangon, head towards the Sule Pagoda. From Sule Pagoda, walk down Mahabandoola Road towards the west until you reach the intersection with Bo Aung Kyaw Street. Turn left onto Bo Aung Kyaw Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Armenian Apostolic Church on your right at 66 Bo Aung Kyaw Street.

If you are near the central bus station, take bus number 24 or 38 which both go towards the vicinity of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Get off at the stop closest to the City Hall. From there, walk south towards the Mahabandoola Garden, then turn left onto Bo Aung Kyaw Street. The church will be on your right after a short walk.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda. Head south on Pyay Road until you reach the junction with Mahabandoola Road. Turn left onto Mahabandoola and continue until you reach Bo Aung Kyaw Street. Turn right at Bo Aung Kyaw Street and cycle for about 5 minutes until you see the Armenian Apostolic Church on your right.
