If you are driving from Lake McConaughy, start by heading east on NE-61 S from the lake area. Continue on NE-61 S for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with I-80. Merge onto I-80 E towards North Platte and drive for approximately 75 miles. Take exit 177 for US-83 N towards North Platte. After about 3 miles, take the exit for NE-56 W. Follow NE-56 W for about 2 miles until you reach Scouts Rest Ranch Rd. Turn right onto Scouts Rest Ranch Rd, and the Buffalo Bill Ranch State Historical Park Museum will be on your left at 2921 Scouts Rest Ranch Rd, North Platte, NE 69101.
