From the Lincoln Bus Station located at 9th St & O St, catch Bus Route 50 or 52 heading north. Disembark at the stop for Centennial Mall North. From there, walk south for a few minutes, and the museum will be on your right at 131 Centennial Mall N.

If you are renting a bike, start at the Haymarket District. Head east on P Street until you reach 14th Street, then turn left (north) and continue to O Street. Turn right (east) on O Street then quickly left (north) on Centennial Mall North. The museum is located at 131 Centennial Mall N, just ahead on your left.
