From University Place, start by heading south on N 48th St towards O St. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with N 13th St. Turn left onto N 13th St and proceed until you come to the intersection with Centennial Mall N. Turn right onto Centennial Mall N, and the Nebraska History Museum will be on your left at 131 Centennial Mall N. This route will take approximately 25 minutes.

You can take the StarTran bus service for a more convenient option. Locate the nearest bus stop on N 48th St, and catch either the '30' or '34' bus heading south. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and disembark at the 'N 14th St & O St' stop. From there, walk north on N 14th St until you reach Centennial Mall N, then turn left. The Nebraska History Museum will be on your right at 131 Centennial Mall N. A single ride on StarTran costs $1.25.
