You will pass through the town of Chadron. After Chadron, continue on Highway 20 until you reach the junction with Highway 71. Take a right turn onto Highway 71 North and drive for about 20 miles. Look for signs for Oglala National Grassland; turn left onto County Road 21 and follow it until you reach the grassland entrance.
