If you are starting from downtown Omaha, you can catch the Metro Transit bus route 2 or 11 from the Omaha Central Station. Board the bus heading towards South Omaha. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the 'Bancroft and 13th' stop. After disembarking, walk east on Bancroft Street for about 10 minutes. Lauritzen Gardens will be on your left at 100 Bancroft St.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in downtown Omaha. Head south towards the Riverfront and follow the bike path along the Missouri River. Continue until you reach the junction with Bancroft Street. Turn right onto Bancroft Street and ride for about 15 minutes. Lauritzen Gardens will be on your right at 100 Bancroft St.

For those who enjoy walking, you can start at the Omaha Community Playhouse. Head south on 72nd Street until you reach the intersection with Pacific Street.
