To get to the Mormon Trail Center at Winter Quarters from downtown Omaha, start by boarding the Metro transit bus route 2 at the 16th & Dodge bus stop. Ride the bus north towards the North Omaha area. The bus will take you through various neighborhoods and you will pass several landmarks. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the intersection of 30th Avenue and State Street. From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles. Head west on State Street, and keep walking until you reach 3215 State St. The Mormon Trail Center will be on your right.
