Walking
If you are starting from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, exit the square onto the main street (Basantapur). Head east along the street for about 5 minutes, passing several shops and local eateries. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mako Galli. Turn left onto Mako Galli. Keep walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Dattatraya Temple on your right side, marked by its distinctive pagoda-style architecture.

From the Bhaktapur Bus Park, head towards the main square (Basantapur). Once you reach the square, walk towards the east exit. After exiting, continue walking straight along the main road until you reach Mako Galli. Turn left onto Mako Galli and proceed for about 10 minutes. The Dattatraya Temple will be on your right. Look for its tall spires and vibrant decorations.

Starting from the 55-Window Palace, exit the palace and walk towards the main street (Basantapur). Head east for about 5 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Mako Galli, turn left. Continue on Mako Galli for another 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Dattatraya Temple, which will be on your right side.
