Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Sauraha, you can walk towards the east along the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection near the Chitwan National Park entrance. Turn left and follow the path for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bridge over the Rapti River. Cross the bridge and continue straight. After about 400 meters, take a right turn at the fork in the road. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer until you reach the Tharu Culture House located at HGG9+5F5, Khairahani.

    Rent a bicycle in Sauraha and head east on the main road. Ride towards the Chitwan National Park entrance. At the intersection, turn left and proceed to the bridge over the Rapti River. Cross the bridge and continue straight for about 400 meters. At the fork in the road, take a right. Continue on this road for approximately 1 kilometer.
