Walking
From Everest Base Camp, you will need to trek back down towards Gorak Shep. Once you reach Gorak Shep, follow the trail leading to Pumori Base Camp. Continue on this path until you reach the junction that leads towards Namche Bazar. This is a well-marked route, and you can ask local guides for directions if needed. After about 4-5 hours of trekking, you will reach Namche Bazar. Make sure you have enough water and snacks for the journey.
Public Transportation
Once you are in Namche Bazar, you can take a local jeep or bus to reach the vicinity of the Water-powered Buddhist prayer wheels. There are often shared jeeps available that travel from Namche Bazar to nearby areas. The fare is typically around 300-500 NPR (Nepalese Rupees) per person, depending on the distance. Inform the driver of your destination, RP36+F2J, and they will take you as close as possible.
Walking
After getting off the jeep, you will need to walk approximately 15-20 minutes along the trail towards the prayer wheels. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to RP36+F2J. The area is scenic and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, so take your time and enjoy the trek.
