Car
To reach Trishuli by car from Kathmandu Valley, start your journey from the center of Kathmandu. Head west on Durbar Marg and continue onto the Prithvi Highway (also known as the Kathmandu-Pokhara Highway). The distance to Trishuli is approximately 70 kilometers, and the drive typically takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic conditions. Once you are on the Prithvi Highway, keep following the road signs towards Pokhara until you reach Trishuli. Look for signs indicating Trishuli River and Trishuli Bazaar as you approach the area. There are several viewpoints along the way where you can stop for photos of the river and surrounding hills.

Public Transportation
To get to Trishuli using public transportation, head to the Ratna Park Bus Station in Kathmandu. Look for a bus or microbus heading to Trishuli or Pokhara. The fare is usually around NPR 200 to NPR 300. These buses depart frequently throughout the day, so you won't have to wait long. The journey will take about 3 to 4 hours, depending on the traffic. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Trishuli. The bus will drop you off near the Trishuli River, where you can explore the area or arrange for further transportation if needed.
