If you are starting from Thamel, head south on Tridevi Marg until you reach the intersection at the end of the street. Turn right onto Dilli Bazaar Road, and continue walking straight. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the Ring Road. Cross the road and follow the signs to Lagankhel. From Lagankhel, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to Patan Durbar Square on your left.

Starting from Kathmandu Durbar Square, head south towards Bhaktapur. Follow the road south until you hit the intersection with the Ring Road. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Lagankhel. From here, continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Patan Durbar Square on your left.
