From Machha Khola, continue your trek along the Manaslu Circuit. The journey to Mu Gompa requires you to pass through several villages including Jagat, Deng, and Namrung. The trek to Mu Gompa from Namrung will take approximately 2-3 days, depending on your pace and stops along the way. Make sure to take a guide or join a trekking group for safety and navigation.

Alternatively, from Soti Khola, you can hire a jeep to take you to Machha Khola and further up the circuit to places like Deng or Namrung. The cost for a jeep from Soti Khola to Namrung can range from NPR 4,000 to NPR 6,000, depending on the number of passengers and the negotiation. From Namrung, continue your hike to Mu Gompa.

Final Trek to Mu Gompa
Once you reach the village of Chhokangparo, Mu Gompa is only a short trek away, approximately 2-3 hours. Follow the trail leading north from Chhokangparo and you will arrive at Mu Gompa, which is situated at H4P5+682. Make sure to take adequate supplies and check the weather conditions before you head out.
