Car
If you're traveling by car, you can rent a vehicle in Kathmandu. Drive towards Arughat, which is approximately 7-8 hours away, depending on traffic and road conditions. From Arughat, you'll need to continue to Soti Khola, which takes about another hour. From Soti Khola, you can either trek or arrange for a local jeep to take you to Jagat, a common starting point for the Manaslu Circuit. From Jagat, you will trek through several villages, including Philim, until you reach Chhokangparo, the closest village to Mu Gompa.

Take a public bus from Kathmandu to Arughat, which takes around 8 hours. Buses leave regularly from the Gongabu Bus Park. Upon reaching Arughat, you can find local shared jeeps or buses to Soti Khola, which takes about an hour. From Soti Khola, you can trek to Jagat. The trek from Jagat to Chhokangparo will take approximately 5-6 days depending on your pace, passing through several villages along the way. Ensure you are well-prepared for trekking, as it can be challenging.
