Hiking
From Namche Bazaar, start at the main square where you'll see the statue of Tenzing Norgay. Head towards the trail that leads to the Everest View Hotel. Follow the signs pointing towards Tengboche. The trail will take you through beautiful pine forests and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After approximately 2-3 hours of hiking, you will arrive at the small settlement of Tengboche. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Tengboche Monastery, which is located on a hilltop, providing panoramic views of the Everest region.
Hiking
If you prefer a slightly longer route, you can hike from Namche Bazaar to Kyanjin Gompa first. From Kyanjin, follow the well-marked trail that leads you to Tengboche Monastery. This route will take around 4-5 hours and will give you an opportunity to explore more of the stunning landscapes and local culture along the way.
