Getting There

Walking
From the main square of Namche Bazaar, head towards the Sagarmatha National Park entrance. You will see a sign indicating the direction to the Sagarmatha National Park Museum. Continue walking uphill along the main path. You’ll pass a few shops and cafes on your left. After about 5-10 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the path. Take the left path that leads slightly uphill. Continue on this path for another 5 minutes, and you will see the Sagarmatha National Park Museum on your right, just past some local homes.

If you are near the Namche Bazaar Market, exit the market area and head towards the Namche Monastery. From the monastery, take the path leading away from the market. Follow the signs pointing towards the Sagarmatha National Park Museum. This route will take you through a quieter area with beautiful views. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, the museum will be on your left.
