From the center of Patan, head towards the Patan Durbar Square. Once there, exit the square and proceed to the main road. Continue walking north along the road until you reach the confluence of the rivers. Keep walking straight until you see signs pointing to Bhaktapur. Follow these signs for approximately 10-15 minutes until you reach the bus stop for Bhaktapur.

After reaching the bus stop from Patan Durbar Square, look for local buses heading to Bhaktapur. They usually have signs indicating their destination. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Bhaktapur Durbar Square stop. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the main square.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Patan. Head north from Patan Durbar Square, following the main road towards Bhaktapur. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, and you will enjoy the beautiful views along the way. Once you arrive in Bhaktapur, park your bicycle at a designated area and walk to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is easily accessible from the main roads.
