Getting There

  • Walking

    From Patan Durbar Square, head southeast along the main road (Mangal Bazaar) towards the Lagankhel area. Continue straight until you reach the Lagankhel Bus Park. At Lagankhel Bus Park, locate the bus that heads towards Dakshinkali; these buses are commonly marked with their destination. Board the bus and enjoy the ride for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Shes Narayan Than Bus Stop, disembark and walk a short distance towards the temple, which will be visible nearby.

    If you are starting from the Patan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main street. Take a left and walk towards the Mangal Bazaar area. From there, continue straight to Lagankhel Bus Park. Follow the same instructions as above to catch a bus to Dakshinkali, and get off at the Shes Narayan Than Bus Stop. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop.
