Start your journey from Lakeside, Pokhara. Head towards the main road, and find the signs pointing towards 'Nayapul' or 'Annapurna Base Camp'. Follow the road as it leads you to the Tourist Bus Park. From here, you have two options: either join a guided trek or take a local bus to Nayapul, which is about 42 km from Pokhara. If you opt for the bus, it takes approximately 1.5 hours. If you're trekking, follow the trail that begins at the bus park, which is well marked.

Once you reach Nayapul, you'll find that the trek starts in earnest. Follow the path leading to Tikhedhunga. This will take you through beautiful villages and terraced fields.
