Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at Lakeside, a popular area for tourists. From the lakeside, head southeast towards the main road (Pokhara - Baglung Highway). Once you reach the highway, turn left and walk along the road. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Chhorepatan area. Look for a signboard indicating 'Shree Gaden Dhargay Ling Monastery'. Turn right onto Shital Path. The monastery is located about 200 meters down this road on your left.

    If you are starting from the Pokhara Tourist Bus Park, exit the park and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Pokhara - Baglung Highway. At the intersection, turn right and continue along the highway for another 500 meters. Once you enter Chhorepatan, look for the entrance to Shital Path on your left. Walk down Shital Path for about 200 meters, and you will see the monastery on your left.

Walk straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Pokhara - Baglung Highway. Turn right at the intersection and walk for approximately 800 meters.
