Walking
If you're near the lakeside area of Phewa Lake, head towards the Fewa Rescue Tower. It's a well-known landmark located at the north side of the lake. From anywhere along the lakeside path, follow the shoreline towards the Fewa Rescue Tower. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you reach the tower, Aarti typically occurs near the water's edge, so look for signs or ask locals if you need assistance finding the exact spot.

Boating
If you prefer a boat ride to experience the lake, you can rent a rowboat or a paddleboat from one of the many boat rental services along the lakeside. The cost for a rowboat usually starts around NPR 500 for an hour. Head towards the Fewa Rescue Tower while enjoying the scenic views. Once you approach the tower, park your boat at a nearby docking area and walk to the Aarti site, which is very close to the tower.
