If you are traveling by car, start from Janakpur, the capital of Province No. 2. Head west on the East-West Highway (also known as Mahendra Highway) towards Butwal for about 90 kilometers. Once you reach Dumre, take a left onto Dumre-Bandipur Road. Continue on this road for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach Bandipur. Tundikhel is located near the center of Bandipur, specifically at WCV3+8JR, Dumre-Bandipur Rd. Make sure to check for parking options in Bandipur as it is a popular tourist destination.

To reach Tundikhel by public transportation, take a bus from Janakpur to Dumre. The bus journey will take around 3-4 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. The fare for the bus from Janakpur to Dumre is approximately NPR 300, and the microbus/taxi fare from Dumre to Bandipur is around NPR 100-200 per person.
