If you're traveling by car within Seti Zone, start from the nearest major town, Dhangadhi. Head east on the Mahendra Highway (also known as the East-West Highway) towards Silgadi. Continue driving for approximately 3-4 hours until you reach the town of Dharchula. From Dharchula, follow local signs toward the India-Nepal Bridge, which is located along the banks of the Kali River. You may need to park your vehicle in Dharchula and walk to the bridge area.
Public Bus
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Dhangadhi to Dharchula. Buses are available at the Dhangadhi bus park and usually depart every hour. The journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Dharchula, you can take a local taxi or rickshaw to get closer to the India-Nepal Bridge. Make sure to ask for the bridge or Kali River as your destination.
Local Transportation
Once in Dharchula, if you need to reach the bridge from the town center, you can hire a local taxi or a motorbike. Local taxis are usually available near the bus stop. The fare should be around 200-300 NPR (Nepalese Rupees) for the short trip to the bridge.
