Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Jomsom, the main hub in Upper Mustang. Head north on the main road towards Kagbeni. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach Kagbeni. Continue driving north towards Muktinath, and watch for a sign indicating Chhusang. Chungshi Rangjung Cave is located just off the main road in Chhusang, approximately 5 kilometers from Kagbeni. You can park your vehicle near the entrance to the cave.

Public Transportation
To reach Chungshi Rangjung Cave using public transportation, take a local jeep or bus from Jomsom to Kagbeni. The trip takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kagbeni, you can find shared jeeps or local buses heading towards Muktinath. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Chhusang. The cave is about a 10-minute ride from Kagbeni, and you'll be dropped off near the entrance. Be sure to confirm the stop with the driver before getting on the vehicle.

If you prefer to hike, you can walk from Kagbeni to Chungshi Rangjung Cave. The distance is approximately 5 kilometers and will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Take the main trail heading north from Kagbeni towards Muktinath. Look for signs or local guidance to direct you to Chhusang, where the cave is located. This option offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
