Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Amersfoort, start at the central train station (Amersfoort Centraal). From the station, head south on the Stationsplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Langestraat. Turn left onto Langestraat and walk until you reach the intersection with the Leusderweg. Here, turn right and follow Leusderweg until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, take bus line 300 towards Amsterdam. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Amsterdam, Amstel. From there, transfer to tram line 52 towards Noord and ride it until you reach the stop at Zuidas. Finally, walk for about 10 minutes to reach Museumplein.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Amersfoort. Start from the central square (De Hof), head towards the city center, and take the N199 road. Follow the signs towards Amsterdam, which is approximately a 40-minute bike ride. Once you arrive in Amsterdam, navigate towards the Museumplein area. You can park your bike at one of the designated bike parking areas nearby.

  • Public Transport

    From your location in Amersfoort, make your way to Amersfoort Centraal Station. Board a train heading towards Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and look for the signs to tram lines. Take tram line 2 or 12 towards the direction of Museumplein. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the Museumplein stop, which is directly adjacent to the park.
