If you are near the Museumplein area, start by heading south towards the large park area. Continue walking along the south side of the park, and you will eventually arrive at the Vondelpark. The statue is located in the southern part of Vondelpark, close to the intersection of Vondelpark and the road called 'Vondelstraat'. Look for the well-known statue of Joost van den Vondel, which is a prominent feature of the park.

If you are near the Amsterdam Central Station, take tram line 2 or 12 towards 'Zuid' and get off at the 'Museumplein' stop. From there, walk south into Vondelpark. The statue of Joost van den Vondel is located towards the southern end of the park. Follow the paths through the park until you spot the statue.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many bike rental shops around the city. Head towards the Vondelpark, which is easily accessible from various parts of Amsterdam. Once you reach the park, cycle through it towards the southern section where the statue of Joost van den Vondel is located. There are clear paths throughout the park, making it easy to navigate.

From the nearest metro station, 'Zuid', take metro line 50 or 52 towards 'Centraal Station' and get off at 'Zuid'. Transfer to tram line 2 or 12 towards 'Zuid' and get off at 'Museumplein'.
