Walking
From the center of Museumplein, head towards the Rijksmuseum, which is located on the eastern side of the square. Walk past the I Amsterdam sign and enter the main entrance of the museum. Once you are inside the museum grounds, follow the pathways that lead you to the gardens at the back of the Rijksmuseum. The Nijntje for Peace Statue is located in the beautiful gardens, specifically at Hobbemastraat 25. Look for the vibrant statue among the greenery.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental stations around Museumplein. Once you have a bicycle, head towards Hobbemastraat by exiting Museumplein at the southern end. Cycle along Van Baerlestraat for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Hobbemastraat. The Nijntje for Peace Statue will be on your right. Be cautious of traffic and pedestrian areas while cycling.
Tram
Although you are very close to your destination, if you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a tram from the nearby tram stop at Museumplein. Take tram line 2 or 12 towards the direction of Hobbemastraat. Travel just one stop and get off at the Hobbemastraat stop. From there, walk about 200 meters north along Hobbemastraat, and you will find the Nijntje for Peace Statue on your left.
