Walking
If you are near Amsterdam Centraal Station, exit the station and head south towards the Prins Hendrikkade. Turn left onto the Prins Hendrikkade and walk until you reach the first bridge, the Blauwbrug. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Amstelstraat. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Reguliersgracht. Turn right on Reguliersgracht, and then turn left onto the Utrechtsestraat. Follow the Utrechtsestraat until you reach the intersection with the Zuiderkerkhof. Turn right and you will see the Zuiderkerk on your left at Zuiderkerkhof 72.

From Amsterdam Centraal Station, take tram line 4 in the direction of 'Zuid'. Get off at the 'Rembrandtplein' stop. From there, walk towards the Utrechtsestraat and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Zuiderkerkhof. Turn right and you will arrive at Zuiderkerk located at Zuiderkerkhof 72.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Dam Square. Head east towards the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, then turn left onto the Spui. Continue until you reach the Rokin and turn right. Follow the Rokin until you reach the Amstel river. Cross the bridge and take the first left onto the Amstelstraat. Continue until you reach the intersection with the Reguliersgracht.
