From Museumplein, head east towards the Van Baerlestraat exit. As you exit the square, walk straight down Van Baerlestraat until you reach the intersection with Stadhouderskade. Turn left onto Stadhouderskade. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Heineken Experience located at Stadhouderskade 78 on your right. The total distance is approximately 1 kilometer.

From Museumplein, walk to the tram stop 'Museumplein'. Take tram number 16 or 24 towards 'Amsterdam, Zuidas' or 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station'. Get off at the next stop, 'Hobbemastraat'. From there, walk back towards Stadhouderskade (about 5 minutes). Turn right on Stadhouderskade and continue walking until you reach Heineken Experience at Stadhouderskade 78. The tram ticket costs around €3.20 and is valid for one hour.
