Walking
From the center of Leiden, head south towards the train station at Leiden Centraal. Once you reach the train station, exit onto Stationsplein. Walk straight and follow the signs for the bus terminal. Take bus 43 towards 'Gouda' and get off at the 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station' stop. From there, you can either walk or take a tram to reach your destination. If you choose to walk, head southwest towards Damrak, then walk along the canal to Keizersgracht. The Foam museum is located at Keizersgracht 609.

Start at Leiden Centraal train station and take bus 43 towards 'Amsterdam, Bijlmer Arena'. After about 30 minutes, alight at 'Amsterdam, Centraal Station'. From the station, exit towards the rear and catch tram 1, 2, or 5. Ride for 5 stops and get off at 'Leidseplein'. From Leidseplein, walk east along the canal until you reach Keizersgracht 609, where the Foam museum is located.
