Getting There

    If you are at the Leiden Central Station, exit the station to the front and walk straight along Stationsweg. After about 300 meters, you will reach a large intersection. Here, turn right onto Breestraat. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters, passing the beautiful buildings and shops on your way. You will reach the large square called Beestenmarkt. From Beestenmarkt, head towards the left side of the square, and follow the signs for 'Rijksmuseum Boerhaave'. Walk down the Lange Sint Agnietenstraat for about 200 meters, and you will find the museum located at number 10 on your right.

  • Public Transport

    From Leiden Central Station, you can take bus number 1 or 2 from the bus stop located directly outside the station. Get off at the stop 'Langegracht'. From there, walk along Langegracht towards the east for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with the Lange Sint Agnietenstraat. Turn left onto Lange Sint Agnietenstraat and walk for about 150 meters. The Rijksmuseum Boerhaave will be on your left at number 10.
