Walking
From the city center of Maastricht, head towards the Maastricht train station (Station Maastricht) which is located at Stationsplein. Once at the station, exit the station and follow the main road (Ceresstraat) heading northwest. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cortenstraat. Turn left onto Cortenstraat and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the N278 road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will cross the border into Germany. Once in Germany, continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach Ursulinerstraße. The 'Kreislauf des Geldes' fountain is located on this street.
Bus
From the city center of Maastricht, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Markt. Take bus line 10 towards Aachen. This bus will take you directly to Aachen's central bus station (Bushof Aachen). Once you arrive at the Bushof, exit the bus and walk towards Ursulinerstraße. Head north on the street towards the city center, and after about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the Kreislauf des Geldes fountain located at Ursulinerstraße, 52062 Aachen.
Train
From Maastricht train station, take the direct train to Aachen. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Aachen Hauptbahnhof (Aachen Central Station), exit the train and head towards the main exit. From the station, you can either walk or take a local bus. If you choose to walk, head northwest on the Aquisgrana street towards Ursulinerstraße. It will take about 20 minutes on foot. If you prefer to take the bus, look for bus lines that head towards the city center and get off at the stop closest to Ursulinerstraße. The fountain is just a short walk from there.
