Walking
If you are in the city center of Maastricht, start by heading towards the Markt square. From the Markt, walk towards the Onze Lieve Vrouweplein (Our Lady Square). Once you reach the square, head east towards the Sint Servaasbrug (Saint Servatius Bridge). Cross the bridge to enter Belgium. Continue straight, and you will reach the main road, which is the Meuse river path. Follow the river north until you reach the train station in Liège. Once at the Liège-Guillemins train station, take a train towards Liège Palais station. After getting off at Liège Palais, head northwest towards Place du Vingt Août. The Théatre de Liège is located at Pl. du Vingt Août 16, just a short walk from the station.

From the Maastricht train station, purchase a ticket to Liège Palais. Trains run frequently, so you should not have to wait long. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Liège Palais station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Place du Vingt Août. The Théatre de Liège is located at Pl. du Vingt Août 16. You can recognize it by its prominent entrance.

Take the bus from Maastricht to Liège. Look for bus line 350 or 351, which connects Maastricht to Liège. The bus departs from the bus station located near the train station. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Liège bus station, walk towards the city center. Head to Place du Vingt Août, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. The Théatre de Liège is at Pl. du Vingt Août 16.
