From the main ferry terminal on Texel Island, head south on the N501 towards Den Burg. Continue on the N501 until you reach the intersection with N42. Turn left onto N42 and follow the signs towards Hoorn. After approximately 30 minutes, you will enter Hoorn. Follow the signs for the city center, and park in one of the public parking areas available. From there, it is a short walk to Kerkplein 24, where the Oude Vrouwenpoortje is located.

Public Transportation
From the main ferry terminal on Texel Island, take bus line 28 towards Den Burg. After about 20 minutes, transfer at Den Burg to bus line 137 towards Hoorn. This journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Hoorn bus station, exit and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs to Kerkplein, and in about 10 minutes on foot, you will reach Kerkplein 24, where the Oude Vrouwenpoortje is located.
