    Walking

    If you are starting from the Elko Convention Center, head south on Idaho Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by a few shops and local eateries. Sherman Station Visitor's Center is located at 1405 Idaho St, on your right side. Look for a building with a large sign indicating the Visitor's Center.

    Public Bus

    Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop for the Elko Transit service. Take the bus route that heads towards downtown Elko. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Idaho Street and 14th Street. From there, walk south along Idaho Street for about 0.3 miles. You will see Sherman Station Visitor's Center on your left at 1405 Idaho St.

    Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Elko City Park. Ride east on 12th Street until you reach Idaho Street. Turn right (south) onto Idaho Street and continue for about 1 mile. Sherman Station Visitor's Center will be on your right at 1405 Idaho St. Be cautious of traffic as you ride.
